下载回来的，是一个副档名为“.bundle”的档案。

安装 (以 VMware Workstation 为例)

你必须先登入 GNOME 或 KDE 桌面来进行安装。

安装指令:

$ chmod +x VMware-Workstation-Full-9.0.2-1031769.x86_64.bundle
$ ./VMware-Workstation-Full-9.0.2-1031769.x86_64.bundle

请注意，安装 VMware Workstation 它会移除你之前装过的 VMware 相关产品 (例如: VMware Server)，如果不想移除就只能按 Ctrl + C 取消:

这时就会启动图形接口的安装程式了，跟着下一步、下一步即可完成。虽然出现 gtk 的错误，但不会有任何影向。

安装时可能会告知你 443 port 被占用了，改成别的 Port  即可。安装好的 VMware Workstation 其实也包含了一套 VMware Player。

移除 VMware 相关软件

查看安装了什么 VMware 软件:

$ vmware-installer -l
Product Name         Product Version
==================== ====================
vmware-workstation   9.0.2.1031769

(目前只安装了一套 vmware-workstation)

移除 vmware-workstation:

$ vmware-installer -u vmware-workstation

接下来也是出现图形化的接口，依照指示即可移除完成。
